To celebrate our 90th Anniversary, the Winnipeg Philharmonic Choir is delighted to present Elijah, by Felix Mendelssohn. First performed in 1846, the work depicts various events in the life of the biblical prophet Elijah. The Winnipeg Philharmonic Choir is especially pleased to have on our stage members of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra whose relationship has been a long and valued one during our 90 years of choral music performances.
